Our Wine 

For generations we ourselves have produced all of our wine, which we alone have processed, bottled and traded.

Producing wines according to our self established ‚quality-demands’ has acquired many wine-connoisseurs as loyal customers, some even as friends.

To capture and preserve the finery of our wines in the bottle it is advisable to conserve it in a cool, dark room.

Prior to wine being savoured it should be stilled and matured for at least 8 days!

Moselle wines have optimal taste at a temperature of about, or between 10°c-12°c.

Crystals in wine are not a cause for complaint, rather a sign of the wine’s maturity. When wine temperatures are varied there is a process of meeting and binding of potassium and tartaric acid.
